Applying to Jewell is easy with our online application. We eliminated the standardized test to promote equity and because we believe students have a larger story to tell. Successful candidates for admission will demonstrate outstanding performance in core coursework at the high school and/or college level and display a commitment to engagement, personal growth and leadership demonstrated in their lives outside of the classroom. Applicants have the opportunity to tell their story by responding to a few prompts and providing an involvement and honors resumé all within our convenient and free online application. If you need help with the application contact your admission counselor. They're here to help.

Test Optional

ACT and/or SAT scores are not required for admission to the College. Standardized tests measure one thing well: how you do on standardized tests. Test scores are considered for entry to select programs and some scholarships. If you would like to submit a test score, please send an official copy of your ACT and/or SAT test score(s) to William Jewell College.
