Students often seek therapy to cope more effectively with mental health issues and the multi-faceted demands of college life. The Office of Counseling Services will serve you in a safe, supportive environment. Visits and therapy session content are confidential; however, information may be released with written permission or when a student poses an imminent threat of harm to self or others.

“Let’s Talk” drop-in hours are intended to be a brief opportunity to talk with a therapist in-person for a solution-focused issue: Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-3 p.m. | Friday: 11 a.m.-12 p.m., Curry Hall

Health

The Student Health Center is here to support the health and wellness of every Cardinal. Whether you are dealing with a minor illness or just have a quick health question, our nurse practitioner provides compassionate, professional care right here on campus. Services include physicals, illness testing and treatment, minor injuries and skin care, mental health screenings and referrals, urinary health, reproductive health, eye and ear care, preventative services and referrals.

On-Demand Care

Telehealth services are provided through Academic Live Care, an online platform that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Appointments for telehealth are also available 12 months a year, even during the summer. No insurance is required.

Counseling services include 24-hour crisis/support services, nutrition, psychiatry, discounted prescription programs and urgent care, while health services include unlimited access to nurse practitioners and doctors in real time to assess conditions, seek referrals and receive prescription services at no additional cost.
