Mike Lockert

Mike Lockert is a business and sales leader, educator, and mentor with more than 35 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, marketing, technology, and professional services. He has held executive leadership roles with AllCloud, Simplus, Cloud Sherpas; along with other leadership roles at Accenture, Infosys, and ADP (CDK Global), working with Fortune 2000 organizations and C-level executives, solving today’s business challenges.

As “Executive in Residence”, and instructor at William Jewell College, Lockert brings his extensive industry experience into the classroom, connecting business concepts to real-world challenges through case studies, projects, simulations, and collaborative problem-solving. His teaching focuses on developing critical thinking, professional confidence, and purposeful leadership while creating an inclusive environment where students can challenge ideas and perspectives.

Lockert holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts in Business from North Iowa Area Community College. He also has served as a board member and volunteer with Supporting Kids Foundation and enjoys hiking, golf, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his grandkids.
