Debra Penrod, MSN, RN

Debra Penrod is nursing department faculty at William Jewell, where she discovered a passion for helping students connect the science of nursing with the art and practice of patient care. She has served as a nursing faculty member at William Jewell College, since 2011 where she has taught across a broad range of nursing and healthcare courses for both the nursing and biomedical science departments. She was awarded the Carl F. Willard Distinguished Teacher Award in 2026.
