Carrie Gabriel, Ed.D.

Dr. Gabriel’s work is grounded in a commitment to learner-centered classrooms where students are empowered to take ownership of their learning. A National Board Certified Teacher and graduate of the Learning Forward Academy for Professional Learning, she has dedicated her career to helping educators create engaging learning environments that foster student agency. She began her career as a middle school science teacher and has since served as an instructional coach and administrator, supporting both students and educators in meaningful learning. Her collaborative work has also been featured in Clarity for Learning and Learner Agency: A Field Guide for Taking Flight.
