Hailey Hankins, Ed.S.

Hailey Hankins is an adjunct professor of education and a district instructional coach with expertise in both literacy and mathematics. She works with building administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers to support K–5 curriculum, assessment, and instruction across all subject areas. Her role requires a deep understanding of elementary standards and how literacy and mathematical skills develop across grade levels. Her work focuses on translating research and standards into practical, effective instrruction that strengthens teacher practice.
