Next Steps After Admission
-
Step 1: Submit Enrollment Deposit
Space is limited, so don’t delay. Priority residence hall selection and enrollment date determination is made based on receipt of your $100 enrollment deposit. To submit your deposit, pay online or mail your payment to: William Jewell College, Office of Admission, 500 College Hill, Liberty, MO 64068.
-
Step 2: Schedule a Financial Aid Review Session
After you submit your FAFSA, we will send your financial aid package in the mail. We invite you to meet with one of our financial aid team members, in person or via phone, to review your financial aid and scholarship information. Schedule your appointment by emailing Student Financial Services at sfs@william.jewell.edu.
-
Step 3: Submit Residence Hall Application
We will email you a link to the residence hall and meal plan form so you can let us know your roommate preferences, select a meal plan option and review our housing policies. Residence hall preferences and requests are met on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the dates in which the $100 enrollment deposit is received.
-
Step 4: Send Health & Immunization Record
All new students are required to submit a completed Health and Immunization Record before class registration. Please print the form and complete all applicable sections on both sides, including your signature and a physician’s signature. To submit the form, you may upload a scan or photo of the document to Etrieve. (You will receive Etrieve access information via email after registering for Cardinal Day.)
-
Step 5: Register for Cardinal Day
You’re a Cardinal now! On Cardinal Day, you’ll meet with an academic advisor to build your class schedule, chat with student services to be fully prepared for fall, take your student ID photo and ask remaining questions before beginning your Jewell Journey. Registration will open in January for the April event.
-
Step 6: Complete Academic Records
After you have completed your coursework for your most recent term, please send your final high school transcript and/or college transcript(s) to Jewell. If you earned AP, IB or dual credit in high school, please send those transcripts to the Office of Admission as well.
